Ubuntu server, with ssd os drive + a raidz2 pool with 6 disks.
After a processor upgrade I had to swap the ssd with one of the zfs drives because of boot issues, and when I booted, it did not re-create my pool.
I was dumb:
1. I ran a zpool create command, instead of learning the proper restore command. It created an empty raidz2 pool.
2. After that I hosed my OS drive in the process, and lost any zfs configuration files.
I have reinstalled ubuntu, and now have access to all of the drives again.
It cannot find existing pools when i try zpool import -f
Is there a way to manually recover or am I totally screwed?
-Thanks in advance!
