I have an AIO using the Supermicro x8si6-f-o and Xeon
I have been running 2x5tb drives in raidz using the onboard card. Working very well but getting full.
I bought a m1015 and crossflashed successfully to 9211-i8 IT v19 and hooked up 6x 4tb drives.
I am running Open Indiana. I have added the card for passthrough. It now shows 2x Symbios Logic LSI2008 cards listed and both have a green circle after reboot.
I can not see the hard drives in nappit. When I use device driver utility in openindiana I see:
Storage Intel Corporation 82371AB/EB/MB PIIX4 IDE
LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS2008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2 [Falcon]
LSI Logic / Symbios Logic 53c1030 PCI-X Fusion-MPT Dual Ultra320 SCSI
I'm assuming the SAS2008 is my onboard card.
What is this SCSI device? I did not add a SCSI card. Did the wrong driver install?
What should I do?
Thanks!!
