Zero my free drive space

is there a tool that would zero my free drive space.Say I just deleted my porn stash(for instances) and that part of my hard drive is just written off as free space waiting to be written over when later need. Well is there anyway of zeroing that part of the drive?

We use wiperaser at work but it is not free.

If you are running Windows 2000 or XP Professional, "cipher /w:x:" where x is the drive letter in question, will fill with zeros, then ones, then random characters, and it's built into all versions of Windows with EFS support.
