Will this power supply be enough to power my system??

x48-dq6 board, Q6600 (plan on overclocking to 3.2) 4gb g skill 1066 ram only 2 sticks, 2x4850 crossfire, 6 hard drives, 2 dvd burners, 4 led case fans, 1 200 mm top fan, and xigmatek s1283 cpu cooler.

I am undecided between an antec quattro 850, and this zalman.
 
great to hear, i had thought so from doing a few power calculations but wanted to ask in here since most of you have good knowledge.
