Zalman ZM-NB32K

Thinking of picking this baby up, Link and I'm wondering if it will fit into my MSI K8N Neo4 Plat SLi? I know the other funky looking Zalman cooler has to be dremelled to fit with a vid card over it, but this one looks a bit smaller. Anyone have any experience?

It's too big. It won't fit under a video card. It's 32mm high (1 1/4").
