Zalman thermal compound ?

The NB cooler from Zalman comes with this small tube of thermal compound, is that stuff electronically conductive or is it out of silicon or some other non-conductive compound ?

Only Zalman knows and they are not saying. Shoot them an email /shrug. Dont eat it.

I tired it, theres about a 2 degree temp difference when compared to AS5.
