Anyone have a Zalman Reserator XT? I am considering getting one (cheap $60). Is it worth it? I have a q8200 with a Xigmatec S983 currently sitting on the processor, keeping it at about 68C while its folding away at 100%.

Anyone think this is worth an attempt? Or doyou think that my temps are not gonna go down much or at all?

from what I've heard it's mostly a big waste of money. it's decent on something that isn't going to be overclocked for silent operation, but that's about it.

For $60 you could use that and add a separate rad with a fan if the temps are not good enough. It includes a res and pump, not counting the cooling capacity for any value it's not a bad deal.

I decided to get an antec 300 case instead and my temps have gone down 5C which is fine by me. Thanks for the replies
