Getting a new heatsink and fan but I'm not sure which to get, the zalman or the thermalright sp-94. Looking for something quiet but will be able to keep temps nice and low.

I personally would go with the Thermalright. It gives you more freedom to choose between noise level versus temp range.

if your looking for a quick solution that requires little work to install/setup, get the zalman. the thermalright will perform a little better and can be just as quiet but youll need to remove the motherboard to install it and youll need to look for specific fans that have low noise.

while the Tr is a better HSF the zalman 7000's cool almost as good and even at max fan speeds are very quite!!! if you get the zalman get the alxu it cools as good (with in 2c at worst) as the cu and weights like half as much.
