Zalman CPU block tube question

From what i can tell the biggest compression fittings they give you is 13mm (1/2 inch) so that means the biggest tubing you can use has a 1/2 inch OD. So i cant see this block working in a 1/2 inch system.
 
yeah you could probably get adapters in front of the rad and not restrict flow too much...

but wouldn't it be easier to either A.

Get the right barbs for the Rad? Im sure they will send you some 3/8 barbs.

Or 2.

Get a better CPU block, that will match the rest of your system?
