Zalman copper cooler (CU) 939 compatable?

Will the zalman cooler I bought last year fit on a 939 athlon board?
The cooler was designed for intel and amd cpus but 939 didn't exist at the time.

Well if you're asking if it's compatible with 939 socket CPUs then yep. If you're asking if it'll physically fit into the motherboard without taking up physical space, then it shouldn't.
