Do you have to take your motherboard out to install this beast.

I really want that thing but i double threaded one of the screwes when installing my motheroard so i will not be havin fun takin it out,

Will i need to take my computer apart just to install this thing?
 
I didnt take my mobo out. It took only 5 mins to replace my old heatsink, with my 9500.
