Zalman 7000 too old?

I'm building a new C2D machine in 2 weeks. I am using my SG-01 for the build, and don't want to use stock cooling. I have an old Zalman 7000 that I plan to use (already know to get the 775 bracket). Does anyone know if this HSF will be plenty for a e6750?

It'll be better than the stock cooler, but I can't say for sure how well the cooling will go.

A conservative guess would be 3.3GHz @ 1.4v, 55C dual primed. Might be less than that, with the small fan and heatsink.

My plans are to only go to 3.0 on stock if I can. Don't want to mess with overclocking too much since I like having hardcore stability.

For non-beastly setups, the old Zalman 7x00 series fans have better noise characteristics at 5v than the newer Zalmans.
