What's your priorities? If you want a good speaker system for music, definitely look else where.

If it's for games, I still think you should get a quality 2.0 or 2.1 set for the same money, and expand upon it later or get 5.1 headphones or something of the sort if you really want 5.1.

If it's for movies.. then I guess so. If you can get them for $200 or under.
 
I never did like the Logitech series, any of them. the phase plug tweeters allways sounded so tinny, mids were deluded and lows are boomy, nothing more. go for a much better 2.1 set that is expanable, depending on your price range i can help you with that.
