Hi all
I've just bought a set of logitech Z-680's and i'm dead impressed with them. I'm currently using the standard 6 channel direct cables supplied with the system. What i was wondering was what the best way of connecting them is? And what sort of cable do i need? Or is the supplied cable ok? I was thinking some sort of digital cable would be best.
Cheers

Stick with the cables you've got. You wont really get any advantage out of the optical. (unless you want to use the 680 onboard decoder for DD/DTS).

I dont know about the Audigy1...but the Audigy2 ZS's Digital to Analog converter is much better than the one inside the 680's pod, so I just stick with the 6-ch cables.

Enjoy the speakers :D

Plus, the Audigy can't generate much of a digital signal from games (just stereo). The digital out on the Audigy can only pass through an already-encoded signal.
