I have a Logitech Z-5500 been solid for the past 2 years no complains other than the infamous popping sound when power in the house turn on/off. Anyway here is the problem, My Z-5500 is connected to my cable box via coax, PS3 via optical and PC via direct (Or,Bl & Gr). Anyway I noticed that when I'm watching TV and change the channel on my TV, rear channels disappear for example when in Coax & Stereo x2 (all effect same result), the rear channel would be gone unless I push effect button on my z-5500 remote then the L&R rear channel would be back and even if i try different effects still same result, no real channel when I change the channel on my TV. is this normal?how should i resolve this?I need help.
