Z-5500 problem

I was having a helluva time re-setting up my Z-5500's to get them to work correctly after a room re-arrange, but I finally figured out the 6-channel direct setting. Now all the speakers and sub work beautifully besides the front left. Nothing but heavy static, not affected by volume, comes through it when hooked in. Seems to be the connection on the sub, b/c I hooked up multiple speakers and wires to it with the same static filled results. Anything I can do? Thanks in advance.

Nothing comes to mind without voiding the warranty. Probably not what you'd like to here but you may need to RMA the set or contact Logitech support.
