What AOL stock? He was a paid for a voice gig. Work for hire.
It's not like they promised him a share of the company. And, even if he were, he'd have cashed out long ago in one of the buyout/mergers...
I'm guessing AOL isn't paying him well... or at all...

Just heard this on the radio, but they said he was paid $200 for that service.
