Youtube videos not always initializing correctly

Maybe 25% of the time I load a thread, YouTube video's just display as a static image. I have to reload the page and it usually (but not always) shows up with the interactive buttons and header.

Have not noticed a pattern yet. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's a random thing and works upon reloading.

Looks like it happens in Firefox the easiest for me.

When I scroll over the embedded media with Chrome or IE, I first see it as a static image, but then see it trigger and load the interactive buttons. But with Firefox it doesn't always trigger correctly.

EDIT: The flash warning at the top of the page does not affect it.

This is now fixed, hopefully :).
I disable Defer loading for embedded content until it's visible.
