Your tft: Brightness?

Hi,

I have a Dell 1905FP, and the default brigtness setting from the factory is 100 (out of 100). I would like to ask, what is your default brightness on the tft and did you adjust that?

It is not possible to adjust the contrast because i use the dvi connection.

What I have heard is that high brightness setting is good if you are in a room will plenty of light. Is this true?

I don't remember what my settings are at home, but both 1703fp's on my cubicle desk are set to 68 bright and 64 contrast. But then my cube is up against the wall and I don't get much light.
