Most games seem to really give it all they have in the first hour or so of gameplay to get you hooked. What is your most memorable?


Mine would have to be Prey. A washed up native american in a shitty town, about to get in a bar fight when "Don't fear the reaper" starts playing on the jukebox when aliens invade, and start using human juice to power its technology.

Naturally then you are on your way to saving humanity.

hmph thats a tough one. HL2 has probably the most cinematic intro of all time, but theres also Bioshock.

Probably a toss-up between Dead Space and Silent hill 2, no wait..Dead Island ....JUST KIDDING

Hmm, Full Throttle, Curse of Monkey Island, Phantasmagoria, HL's, BF1942 (love the music). Supreme Commander. Want to say Homeworld's as well. So many more to choose from :eek:
 
I like quite a few, but I guess Suikoden 2. I like how it plays out.
