This is what I get for not being an Apple customer, I had no idea the company didn't even have a support account on Twitter until now. I guess I always just assumed the company had one.
Apple is now helping its customers with general product questions through Twitter. The company opened @AppleSupport, on the social media platform on Thursday morning. The account, which is already verified, has over 35,000 followers in its first few hours online. Meanwhile, it’s tweeted a total of 300 times about subjects ranging from Safari browser help to iPhone support.
