Possibly an Antec SX1400?

That is what I was thinking. Nope, they don't make them anymore and Antec took all reference of them from their website. I have no idea why, cause they are way better then those YYcubes.

The pic you have of it, is without its doors on it.

Side note....where were you seeing this from? You mentioned XICOMPUTERS, but I googled that and got a search engine.

No idea who makes the case at xicomputer.

The sx1440 was made by chenming and is still available in beige. The model number is ATX-801F. I have a modded 801F and it is a dream to work with because of all the room and the super duty removable mobo tray.

Here's their website. http://www.xicomputer.com

I definattley want to get one of those but they won't tell me who makes them

Thanks for the link.

I contacted them and after a few emails the sales guy accused me of trying to get his trade secrets and that I should look into the effects of good and bad Karma.

WTH!?

I will keep an eye out for it elsewhere, but I think I would just go with that Chenming one, looks somewhat similar.

They won't tell you because theyre a reseller and they can make more money off you... plus you would generally find it cheaper at a manufacter

I understand the reasons for not wanting to say who, but what is with the bad Karma and theft of trade secrets comments?

Could always ask if you can buy the case from them empty and see if that gets you anywhere...

edit: Who did you email? If you or we emailed one of their other departments (international sales, perhaps), we might get a different person/different answer...

Good thinking.

I will try that again with a different email addy.

I emailed Robert Bragaglia. Still don't get the odd Karma referance....odd that I company would allow such communication to potential customers.

I think tomorrow I might send them an email as an interested possible customer interested in getting a little more information about the netraider 64 and it's expandibility. "Do you possibly have a spec sheet/diagram for the case or downloadable computer manual, so I can see if this will fit my possible future needs." kind of thing.

Well, froma little bit of research, I think I might know what is going on... I believe the case is exclusive to them, and the manufacturer is prob Antec/Chieftec. Many cases on their sites appear similar, however none is exactly that case.

I think the reason they didn't wan tot let you know is they prob don't sell just the case... they can make more money selling it as a fileserver, with all the little addons.

Just my $.02 worth, further research is ongoing.

Bad karma eh? lol

Thanks for all the help guys. I'm going to try to call one of my contacts at Antec and try to sqeeze something out of him also.
