Yikes! Will my TruePower 380W work with new mobo?

I read the sticky up top and i'm not quite sure. I have an Antec Sonata with the TruePower 380W. Will it connect to my A8N - SLI ?

besides it only has 24A +12V
which depending on the rest of the config might be a little low
