Yet another upgrade now, or wait?

4770K
Maximus VI Hero motherboard
16GB 1866Mhz DDR3
(2) Original nVidia Titans in SLI
(2) 512GB Crucial SSDs
(4) Mechanical Drives (3Tb-4Tb mix)
Ax1200i PSU
H100i AIO
Obsidian 800D
39" Seiki 4k (30-Hz) via HDMI

I had the 50" Seiki as a monitor a couple years ago but that was just too big so I bought the 39" Seiki a couple years ago and moved the 50" to my bedroom.

Other than purchasing the 39" Seiki, I haven't upgraded since the 4770K was released, and I'm starting to get the itch...bad...

Is it worth it to upgrade to a (6700K/Titan x SLI) or (6700K/980Ti SLI) combo or should I wait until the Fall timeframe to see what Pascal/Polaris bring to the table?

I would wait.

Is there anything you play that you can't already max out?

Overclock you processor to 4+Ghz and then wait for Pascal.

I think I'd trade those vanilla Titan's for a paid of 980 Ti's considering your resolution. However, that's only assuming you're playing games where you can't max them out already. No need in upgrading your CPU as you wont really see much improvement anyway.

I've actually been considering an incremental upgrade of just the TV to a 60Hz capable one and a pair of 980TIs for a while.

I think that's the route I'm going to take.
