Yet another new pc build(need advice)

Alright so I think i'm almost ready to buy but I thought it would be a good idea to run it by others to make sure im not screwing myself over as this is my first time to build my own comp.Here is the proposed pc:

ASPIRE X-Dreamer II Purple Silver ATX Mid-Tower Case with 350W Power Supply
AMD 64 3200+ (754 pin)
Albatron "K8X800 ProII" K8T800 Chipset Mobo
Kingmax 184 Pin 512MBx2 DDR PC-3200 - OEM
Western Digital 80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
Ati Radeon 9800pro (128 RAM)
Sony 16x DVD player
Windows XP Home Edition
Logitech Black Internet Keyboard PS/2 104 keys
12" Cold Cathode(red)
Creative SBS330 2.1 Speaker -OEM

Now a couple of questions. I was told that my psu may not have enough power for this system, is that true and if so how big of one do I need to get? Also what else can I buy OEM?(Keep in mind that im starting from total scratch so I need all necessary cables). And is their anything else I need to get or does any of this stuff not work together? Any help or comments would be appreciated.

i personally wouldnt build a new system with under 120gb. dont know if that hitachi is cheaper than your WD but its 2x as much space for under $100
