(yet another) new HTPC help request

I am about to put together a new HTPC, for quiet video output, light gaming, some video conversion. Is there anything clearly wrong with this? Any weird overkill or mismatching? I can't fit a larger case where this needs to go.

1) Are you planning on overclocking? If you're not overclocking, you can drop the CPU down to the Core i5 2400 instead of the 2500K. THat'll save you $30.

2) Why the 550 TI? The faster HD 6770 costs $17 less and the even faster HD 6850 only costs $10 more:

So from a gaming standpoint, AMD is where you want to go in terms of price to performance at that price point.

3) That Silverstone is an ok PSU but the higher quality and larger Seasonic M12II cost about the same once you factor in shipping:

4) The RAM is overpriced since you can get similar performing RAM for $10 less:

If you live near a MicroCenter store you can save on prices there too. For example a i5 2400 can be had for $40-$50 cheaper than at Newegg. If you can find a cpu+mobo combo you like you can save even more than that sometimes. Its hard to beat Microcenter cpu and mobo in store prices. Also check out the hot deals section here at HF. Something is always on sale and people put the alerts up there.
