:rolleyes: hopefully a label expert is lingering tonight.

I've got 80,000 labels to print on continuous feed "fan fold" labels (size 3.5x1.3125) on a epson 880 dot-matrix printer by tomorrow.

I've got the merge done in Word 2000.

When I print, it prints one address per 8.5x11 sheet.

In Word, I've got the label size set to 3.5x3.125 and that's what is specified in page setup as well.

What am I doing wrong? Micro$oft's online support is useless.

Oh, and this has been done in the past successfully, by someone other than me. I know it's very possible.
