Yahoo! Messenger thinks in chinese...

For the past week or so I have this problem everything I click something from the YIM including from the Y! insider to profiles from the messenger itself it brings up a google search with a long list of chinese letters and word or whatever...

Don't know what to do now I have uninstalled cleaned out the registry reinstalled and the same problem...
