at present I can only tell ya i ran it @ CL2.5 in my AMD 761 board as a file server for a while. the module is labeled:

it is a Powmem w/Micronchips

Labeled:
512MB 32X8 ECC
DDR266 - R
35942582W12954

i do not have a board i can run it in anymore, or i could tell you more.
