It's OEM so it's very unlikely to come with HL2.

get the 9600xt.

performance on stock XT vs a 9600 256mb will be greatly bette ron the XT

same when both are overclocked.

256mb 9600's mostly all nonpro have like 4ns memory, opposed to 2.8/3.0ns the 9600Pros' at 128mb have, 9600XT's have 2.8ns to max of 3.3ns.
