Have an old HP533w desktop with Only 1 HD.
It used to give dual boot option at startup. The 0 partition ( shouldn't even be boot option. Should be HP's OS) and the 1 partition.
Now it reboots continuously at the 1 partition selection. Tried repair at startup w/ WinXP cd, but it freezes at blue setup screen with no options. Since I can boot to 0 partition, (but it has very little free space) I figure mem, mb, etc good.
Partition 1 Won't boot to safe or anything else, either
Figure it's some kinda boot issue for the 1 partition.
Can I repair 1 partition through the 0 partition?
