XP64bit Downloadable yet ???

I was looking on the microsoft website and noticed a trial of the new 64bit OS so i went thru the whole deal with filling out the forms and it informed me that their was not a DL version ready yet ..... you just had to order it and pay S/H charges . Anyone have other means of getting this ?
 
I know that there is a program where you can exchange your copy of Windows XP Professional (if you have it) for a copy of Windows XP64 Professional. There are many ways to obtain it. Check out Microsoft's website.
