XP won't see 2nd SATA HD

I put a second SATA hd into my PC but XP won't see it under My Computer. It is there under device manager and BIO's recognizes it, but i can't see it under My Computer so i can't format it. The Bio's setting are on Auto. Anyone know what to do?

right click my computer -> manage, then go to the disk management option
