Recently upgraded an XP home system to SP3 from SP1.
It keeps having a problem where it won't connect to websites, hit the refresh button a few times and eventually the page will load.
DNS didn't change between upgrades, all was well prior to upgrade. I am afraid that removing the Service Pack might break it more so I have refrained until it is the last resort option.
All nslookups work and come out correctly. I can even ping internet addresses during the duration of the connection issue and it never times out.
I used WinSock fix and that did no good either.
Probably am just going to have to get a fresh image ready for this machine.
Suggestions? Thoughts?
