NEVERMIND, GOT IT. Somehow the E drive was from another drive that i never put in?

Don't know how, but it shows the same DVD-RW drive as
DVD-RW Drive - D:
DVD Drive - E:
then it shows my other dvd reader as normal - F:
How do i make the first device only one designated letter?
