When booting, BIOS screen shows correct CPU speed 2100, 2900, 3200MHz or whatever)
When XP boots and I look in CPU-Z, the multiplier shows 6x instead of 8x.
I have power set to "Always On".
It sure looks like SpeedStep might be doing something, but this has me stumped.
BTW, I have another same mobo/same CPU that overclocks correctly, and has same BIOS settings.
I sure could use some ideas on this one.......
