Most people here will tell you to find out for yourself, since every chip is different. Mobile 2500+ generally overclock pretty well, I'd expect at least 2.4 GHz but probably closer to 2.5 GHz as a minimum. No guarantees either way. I've purchased from eWiz before, they're pretty good, but I'd suggest you give Newegg a look. That same processor sells for about $95 there currently.
 
Newegg is $10 cheaper.

Generally starting at 2.4 all the way to 2.7 on high end air.
