xp mobile compare to A64

What is the equal performance with an overclock xp-m 2.5ghz compare to athlon 64 socket 939? 2.0ghz,2.2ghz or what? I have socket A mobo and thinking of getting xp-m.
 
The system in my cig is fine for me, but I do want an Athlon 64 system. Sometimes I get the feeling that more CPU would be better, however its fast as hell for just about everything but strictly CPU limited tasks. I am happy knowing that I have the equivalent of an Athlon XP 3400+.

Just be sure to put a gig of ram behind it and get very good cooling and case ventilation for your OC stability. I never mess with FSB OCs for the unlocked mobles since the multiplier OCs will allow me to use cheaper RAM.
