XP installation error...

this is my setuperr.txt log of the errors while installing windows...

Windows installed and runs... but it seems to be causing various problems and I have no idea how to fix it... someone please help

if your getting file errors while installing the OS...chances are that your memory could be going bad....get memtest and run it for awhile to test your ram

Do you have the heatsink on properly? What are your temps?
