XP Imaging / HDD question

Is this possible?

I currently have a RAID0, and want to copy it as an image, then burn the image on 1 single disk.

Will i run into any issues since the RAID0 is technically 2 disk, and burning the image would be on just 1 disk (no RAID)??
 
Acronis and my fav, Ghost+BartPE should be able to handle this without a problem.
