Anytime I load new software from the HDD or CD drives or uninstall software from the control panel add/remove menu it takes like 25 minutes to finish.
Here's how it works:
Loading or unloading software is prompted and the InstallShield Wizard windows opens. I do monkey picks until the action (install/uninstall) is supposed to occur. InstallShield Wizard runs actively trying to perform task for like 15-20 minutes. If I bring up Task Manager and look at performance, CPU usage is 0%, so I know it's not running in the background. Then all of the sudden boom it performs install/uninstal whnatever may be the case. It just started doing this a week or so ago and it's getting frustrating. Any1 help??
