HI my little cousin's from Mexico were playing on my PC, and they tore my COA sticker off of PC, now I have to reload OS is there a way I can call Microsoft and get my product key numbers of do I have to buy another OS?

In that case, I'd work on fixing the non-booting problem. If you give us the details, maybe we can help.

If it is a OEM computer from a large manufacturer, it would be easier to ask for a recovery CD since it's usually made so it doesn't ask for a key if it find the right hardware. I got a Dell XP install CD and it never asked for a key or activation.

If the COA is a sticker, I bet for the computer being a OEM.

ok got PC to boot and it takes me to a screen that says ready to activate through internet or by phone.

whats the difference between xp 32 & 64?
you can still run all software on both OS correct?

Holy threadjack, Batman!

You can run 32 bit code on both. You can only run 64 bit code on XP64.
