XP Easter Eggs

These aren't exactly the kind of easter eggs I was expecting.

I get the fact that they are "hidden" options, but I consider an easter egg to have more to it. It should give an inside joke, or reference another product or something.

not only that.. they are not for xp...

mina sweeper ... notepad... pinball...freecell.. and disk defrag....

none of these are xp... well.. i guess if any of them are, it would be diskdefrag... but i dont consider a functionality switch an easter egg... undocumented or not (and that used to be documented, they dont want the avarage person useing it becuase if the computer should happen to crash while defragging the boot files.. well.. unbootable pcs just are as much fun...)

they in xp, as they are preloaded off the xp disk, but they are programs in and of them selfs. if yu load up win 98 minesweeper, you can use the exact same tricks. same with free cell and disk defrag, now im not sure about the notepad one, that might just be a quirk with xp but im not sure...

an easter egg in xp would be something more like, 'open control panel and push win key +x+p and you get a funny saying... you dont, but that would be an xp easter egg, where as these are easter eggs for notepad, freecell ect.

I remember a Win98 Easter Egg where when you type "Volcano" in the setting for the screensaver 3D Marque (or something like that), the screensaver will display the names of all the famous volcanos in the world

Definately not real XP easter eggs. I haven't really seen an XP easter eggs. Ever since Windows 2000/ME came out there hasn't been any easter eggs. The easter eggs that has ever been really documented were Windows 98 and older.
