XP Boot disk with no floppy drive?

Is there a way to create an XP Professional boot disk without a floppy drive? I have a PC that's giving a Boot Disk failure... I want to get in and fix the MBR, but I don't have a floppy drive in any of my PC's. Is there a way to do this with a CD?

I've tried BartPe, but I couldn't figure out how to fix the MBR through it...

The easiest way would probably be to just boot using the xp cd, go into the recovery console, and run a fixmbr.
