XP-90C / san diego issues

Building a new rig, and I got an XP-90C for my san diego 3700, put a panaflo 92mm on it. Getting a warning in bios that CPU fan failed (cause I guess the RPM is to low for what is suppose to be needed), says its only like 1300rpm on the fan. Tried hooking it up to my fan controller and turning it to full speed but that is what it is getting. Should be getting like 40% more RPM. Any ideas what is up? Just a bad read or should I be worried?

I have yet to install windows and such but ATM my aerogate sensor is telling me temp is around like 84F/29C - 90F/32C after only running a few minutes. Should I be concerned about these temps? Just afraid under load they will jump up high and kill my shit.

Thinking of getting a different fan. Or maybe if it just goes slower cause its a bigger fan, but not sure. Any input/suggestions would be appreciated.

Specs in sig, I just installed my XP-90C with medium speed panaflow 92mm two days ago, and my MB reports that my CPU fan is running at 0 RPM. :eek: I was running open case so I knew it was not running at 0 RPM, I just turned off the warning thing and moved on, CPU idling at 30C now.
 
Ah ok, so I guess that fan is a good choice? And is 32C anything to be worried about pre-windows while in bios after only minutes of running?

Of course the fan is a good choice, it's recommended in a [H] sticky, what more do you need? :D

Whether that temp is normal or not for a SD 3700+ I can't tell you, I can tell you that it's definitely a safe temp but I have no idea how hot SD 3700+ usually runs since I've been out of the AMD world for a while now, just recently came back.
 
What temp am I shooting for under full load? I know you do not know SD persay, but generally speaking? When I get windows up tomorrow I can just run like BF2 for a few hours and get shit pumping see where I am at, cause that in the end is what really matters. Never going to burn out on idle, lol.

My load temp during BF2 is roughly 12 degrees higher than my idle temp, that's all that I can provide you with. :D
 
so you are hitting mid 40s C? Will test that out. Figure if I am there on mine it is no biggie cause it is probably a rather safe temp. But will be interesting to see once I hook up my last tornado fan too, probably make a drop in temp.
