XP-90C - facing which way?

I've mounted my XP-90C in the direction of my memory! So my fan is also cooling my memory module too! My ASUS premium mobo has temps of 42C! Should I mount the XP-90C over the heatpipe side instead?

Whats the best option?
 
If I remember correctly, as long as the heatpipes are facing upwards, it's installed the way it should.

With the XP90/90c/120 it really doesn't matter how it is oriented. I personally have mine oriented with the heatpipes facing the I/O panel.
 
I would personally mount the XP-90C so that the MOSFET + nF4 cooling fins get air from the 92mm fan sitting above.
 
I installed the same HS for a client, I also have mine hangging over the Mosfets (power area), i'm not really worried about the ram. I would think that the Asus heatpipe could use the air more.
