Does anyone have any insight on which one of these heatsinks would be better for an 3200+ or are they about the same? Currently running 61C (load) on stock heatsink and fan.

Also, I was thinking of getting either a enermax or panaflow h1 92mm fan which have about 50cfm or so.. Would 56cfm be enough to overclock?
