i've looked at many reviews and all that good stuff and saw different people mounted them different ways i was wondering with way is the best way to mount it.
 
I have mine mounted with the "wing" over the MOSFETS. I don't really think there is a profound impact on cooling and overclocking.
 
Since you have a Neo2 you're going to have the 'wing' over the RAM or else it will interfere with your video card.
