XP-90/120 Compatability?

I'm looking into these HSF and they say its compatable with Intel Pentium 4 socket 478 3.2 GHz and above, I have a 2.8C proc. I see no reason why it wouldnt work unless it can't handle the weight, anyone know?
 
The XP-90 will work fine with a 2.8c or anything else on socket 478. They just decided to rate it at 3.2Ghz and above.

I wouldn't get the XP-120 though because of the fact its bigger and heavier and this limits the motherboards that it will fit on. It also doesn't cool much better then the XP-90.

Thats true, but i'm trying to decide still. I know my mobo supports the XP-120. A 120mm Panaflo would get a much larger CFM @ 30db, while the 92mm Panaflo @ 30db puts out about 2/3 of the same CFM. Theres alot of voltage problems with my board too so I figured cooling the MOSFETS woudln't hurt. Still trying to decide though... :confused:
