I'm not sure you guys can help, but I'm open to any suggestions. This is the message I posted on the microsoft x64 forums.

Thank you in advance for your help. When I attempt to install x64 I get past
the part where it loads the drivers and I think it says Windows Setup at the
bottom bar. Right after that the screen goes blank and then the blue screen
comes up with the STOP: PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED error.

I am running an Athlon 64 X2 (the 3.8+), on a jetway n-force4 mobo with an nvidia 7800 video card. I have a single 100 GB IDE HDD.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps with the exact same results:
*Updated all firmware.
*Removed all non-essential components.
*Removed all but one stick of ram.
*Formatted HDD
*Hit F6 during pre-install and provided n-force IDE drivers.

To clarify where I am getting the error. This is the text-based portion of the install, shortly after the propmt to hit F6 for scsi/raid drivers. It seems to load a number of drivers and then goes to setup. I don't get to the part where I identify the partition to install it to or any of that.

Anyways. Thought you guys might have some suggestions.
